I was lucky enough to come across EOS expert and implementor Tim Watson earlier this year and we recorded a podcast exploring EOS and what it could mean for agencies. You can listen to our conversation here.

At the end of the show, Tim and I agreed to put on a workshop for Agency Squared Members, exploring EOS more practically. How can members of the community start using the principles of EOS to improve their agencies?

I am completely converted on EOS and recommend it to lots of the agencies I work with. Even then 1-2 person shops can get some benefit from the principles, like having a very clear vision as the bedrock on which to grow a business.
